Problems logging on

If you are experiencing problems logging on to a specific CareCalendar...

  • Ensure that you are using a valid calendar ID and security code.
  • Enable cookies if you're browser is set to reject them
  • Contact the coordinator or person that told you about this calendar.

If you are sure you have the correct logon information and are still having a problem, send an email to admin@carecalendar.org with a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing. Please include the calendar ID and the exact wording of any error message you might be receiving.

Need logon info

Due to privacy issues, we do not offer the ability to search for an existing calendar nor do we provide logon information for personal CareCalendar sites.

To obtain the necessary logon information, please contact the recipient or coordinator.

Problems logging on

If you are experiencing problems logging on to a specific CareCalendar...

  • Ensure that you are using a valid calendar ID and security code. (NOTE: a validation code is different than a security code.)
  • Enable cookies if you're browser is set to reject them

If you are still having a problem, send an email to admin@carecalendar.org with a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing. Please include calendar ID and the exact wording of any error message you might be receiving.

Need logon info

Upon successfully completing the setup process, your logon information is sent to you in an email with the subject of "CareCalendar - COORDINATOR INFO ..." Please check to see if you have this message. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam filter.

If you still can not find that email message, you can request the coordinator logon through an automated process.

Or, send an email to admin@carecalendar.org with the following:

  • Calendar ID (if known)
  • Your name
  • Recipient name
  • Recipient city

Due to privacy and security concerns, we provide certain assistance only to the email address listed for the coordinator. Be sure to send your request from the email address we have on file for the coordinator.
